WELCOME TO MY HOUSE IN WEHO (border Hollywood / Hancock Park)!
A lot of famous people of the movie / entertainment and music business stayed here!
The home is located at N. Orange Drive,,, ( 2 blocks east of La Brea and 1,5 blocks north of Melrose)
its a very quiet and peaceful side street, next cross streets are Waring and Willoughby... you drive 25 to the beach and 15 min to universal studios.... super great location! you can walk to all the nice little coffee places, restaurant, bars and super hip shops of Melrose Avenue! The Uber for going clubbing in Hollywood is around 5 bucks :) Beverly Hills with it's famous Rodeo Drive is only 15 min by car.

It is one side of a spanish duplex with a nice living room and dining room with hugh mexican COFEE TABLE, NEW COUCHES/FUTONS and a gorgeous indian door table in the ding room. Between the living room and the dining area is a hugh arch... which makes the room really charming...
All 3 bedrooms have queen size beds and have new mattress covers. . .. plus you have three futons/ beds with bedding stuff in the living room for extra sleeping places. . . in addition you have extra air mattresses. . .
There is a brand new 43 INCH SMART FLATSCREEN SMART TV WITH WIFI NETFLIX AND FULL HD.
You will also get a fully equipped kitchen, a long hallway, two full bathrooms with bath tub one with yacuzzi tub. There is also a third powder room with toilet and sink ....
There is a washer & dryer in the kitchen which has all the kitchen ware, everything you need, including lines and towels, the whole house has dark hardwood floors (except kitchen and bath rooms which are tiled)
THE EXTRA STUDIO IN THE BACK OF THE HOUSE (not facing the street):
. . . it is a little dream hideaway which is a converted garage with an all moroccan themed bedroom/living room, a small kitchen with a original pink diner of the 60'ties, a huge fridge, small stove and tiny sink & all table ware you need.... the bathroom is tiny but new and has shower, toilet, sink. The main room has a queen canopy bed and a wonderful moroccan swing :)
There is ALSO WIFI, AIRCONDITIONING, HEATER, TV, CABLE :) there is a skylight in the main room which you can close at night if you want to sleep into the day and prefer it dark instead of sunlight.
The DREAM yard includes a wonderful cabana with two daybeds and budda fountain.... a big picnic table with benches fitting 10 people, TWO tiki bars, a hugh sitting area with couch and chairs , an extra table with a bench... everything exclusively for you ! THE SECOND UNIT of the main house-duplex IS NOT RENTING THE YARD SO EVERYTHING IS YOURS! NOTHING IS SHARED! They can't even look into the backyard since their side of the house is not going all through until the back of the house...
You will get three parking spaces on the lot... one is covered. . . and two are behind each other. . . and there is plenty of street parking on the street. . .
THERE IS A FULL BODY GYM ON THE LOT JUST FOR YOU :)
The house is an older spanish building and even though I work really hard to keep everything up to date nothing can't be perfect like in a modern just built property. But it has definitely it's cozy charm because of that.
